Our sourcing team carried out a scheduled audit of partner factories in Shandong Province. The visit covered production lines for tillage implements and wear parts, raw material certificates, heat treatment records and in-process inspection points.
Each cooperating factory is reviewed on process capability, measurement equipment and traceability of key components. Findings are recorded and followed up with a corrective action plan where needed.
Being located in Shandong and close to Qingdao Port lets us visit suppliers regularly, inspect goods during production rather than only before shipment, and consolidate different product lines into one container for our customers.
